Hulling and Milling
At the end of the season, the parchment coffees are taken to the curing factory in Mbeya.
The factory has several storage areas.
When the coffee is delivered to the curing factory it first is weighed. Customers have the opportunity to store their parchment coffee at the factory already during the season, or to bring it at a certain time and to take the green coffee with them right after the curing process.
