In-Depth Coffee Program

The three day in-depth program is dedicated to the processing steps, from the seed to the availability of green coffee for exportation. The education program is presented by Thomas Plattner, Agronom ETH, Coffee and Africa Expert with over 20 years of experience. Participants, in addition to hands-on tasks and training on the farm, will gain knowledge on the theoretical aspects related to processing:

• Biology to picking
• Picking to pulping process
• Milling and cupping
