All three companies are experienced in the trilogy of green coffee, roasting and
preparation, and this with the highest possible degree of competence in their
respective areas of work. The project offers the opportunity of gaining additional
insights directly from the plantation and thereby getting a direct contact to the
element of “green coffee” in the coffee chain.
Green coffee can be traced back to individual trees or shrubs. This opens up many
new opportunities for research and development which are not possible when
purchasing individual batches of various kinds of green coffee. The partner companies’
experts can control and document the whole process of green coffee development. This
has a positive medium and long-term influence on roasting, grinding and preparation.
